My name is Chris Alfaro and I am an up and coming illustrator in the field of Scientific Illustration and Paleo Art. I have just recently graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts in Illustration, with a Scientific Illustration minor. My spectrum of work ranges from India Ink and colored pencil drawings to ROMA clay and laser-cut wood models. Digital work is included
in my body of work but I find myself more interested in the traditional methods of rendering. I have an extensive knowledge of the
Adobe Creative Suite, mainly dealing with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. I take great care and interest in the research that goes into my work and I find it a welcome process. It not only allows me to educate others but myself along the way as well. I hope to give back to the scientific community not only beautiful pieces of artwork but valuable and informative imagery that will be passed on down to the
generations of new dinosaur enthusiasts.
